During the summer of 2017, I had the opportunity to interview three members of the Lyon family. Each of the three has contributed their time, insight, and archival materials to this digital archive.

Podcast Interview with Annabel Foster-Davis

Annabel Foster-Davis is the great-great-great granddaughter of Solomon Lyon. Annabel is the keeper of the family archive who has taken the lead on the preservation of her family's material records by preserving the diaries as well as a number of other artifacts that will someday make their way onto The Lyon Archive.

Podcast Interview with Naomi Cream

Naomi Cream is the great-great-great granddaughter of Solomon Lyon. Naomi has worked tirelessly to transcribe photocopes of A. S. Lyon's diaries, sent to her by Annabel Foster-Davis many years ago. Naomi has published articles on her research about the Lyon family, among other subjects.

Podcast Interview with Diane Lyon Wead

Diane Lyon Wead is the great-great-great granddaughter of Solomon Lyon. Diane has collaborated with several institutions to help preserve Caribbean culture. Diane was among the first group of volunteers to begin creating an inventory of the Elletson Cemetery in Kingston, Jamaica where A.S. Lyon and his wife, Sarah Lindo Lyon, are buried.
